03 Ingest

Implement the TradingView state ingestion layer.

The app must be able to consume indicator state from the TradingView MCP-based workflow.

Create services for: - chart snapshot parsing - indicator-state extraction - canonical internal state objects

The main outputs should be: - hunt state - OB/FVG state - bias state - SMT state - timing/window state
