Principle

The system starts permissive and becomes stricter only after enough evidence is collected.

Stages

• Stage 1: Foundation
• Stage 2: Calibration
• Stage 3: Pattern
• Stage 4: Consistency
• Stage 5: Mastery
• Stage 6: Autonomy

Key rule

In Stage 1-2: - no trailing - no partials - no breakeven

The reason is to collect clean MFE/MAE data.

Implementation advice

Stage rules belong in config, not scattered in code.
